Therapist As Biographer

I believe the role of a good therapist is to be a biographer of our patients lives-and see what ways your past life story may be negatively impacting you -while helping you create a new narrative in the present to ensure a happier future.  As an author  and former literary agent  I understand the power of one's personal  story.
